What is the Film Actor's Boot Camp?
(To view Boot Camp Photos, click above)
The Film Actor's Boot Camp (FABC) is designed to help the trained actor who is serious about a career in film and television make the transition from being an amateur to being a professional! For one intensive week during the summer, you'll be part of a very small group of no more than 20 resident students per session who will receive the personalized attention your future deserves.
At the FABC, you'll learn the nuts and bolts of being a professional - the "business" of show business, as well as your own marketability. Each actor will also have a personal assessment from our staff of professionals to help you make the right career choices.
As part of the FABC, you'll go on location at Teton Wells
Ranch in Teton Valley Territory, Driggs, Idaho, which is just 35 miles from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. A True Western
Experience is provided, along with Full Room and Board
at the ranch. In this beautiful setting, you'll experience barbecues around the campfire, chuckwagon jamborees, melodramas and possibly even a trail ride or two. The
heart of the Golden West is at your front door!
It's 6 days and 7 nights you'll never forget. You'll come away with confidence, a sense of direction and perhaps the beginning of your life as a professional film actor. Take
a tour of the FABC section of this website for more detailed information, and if you're 18 years or older, consider the possibility of real adventure in your life.
If you're ready to work hard toward your professional future and have a unique Western experience at the same time, then SADDLE UP! |
